You bring a strong background in retail sales, leadership and a passion for customer service and in helping others to succeed. You're a dynamic and talented Team Leader who can leverage your leadership and great interpersonal skills, and retail sales background in leading the store sales team to exceed sales goals, create awesome immersive experiences for customers and represent our established brand with pride.

Responsibilities:
· Lead with high energy, positivity and represent the Science & Nature brand with pride.
· Work in collaboration with Management to help develop a team through our core values and cultural platforms.
· Contribute to crushing weekly and monthly sales goals of the Company!
· Collaborate with Management to provide coaching and constructive feedback to Team Members.
· Ensure all store operations are completed effectively and efficiently, including opening and closing procedures.
· Ensure the store is visually beautiful, clean and well-stocked.
